Analysts see container ship and car carrier owners at most risk from US President Donald Trump’s massive tariffs binge on Wednesday.
A baseline levy of 10% is being placed on imports from all countries, while an “individualised reciprocal higher tariff” will be imposed on nations where the US has the largest trade deficits.
