Germany’s Ernst Russ Group has raised its outlook for the year after a string of asset deals involving five ships.
As part of these deals, the Hamburg-based company has sold two container ships in the first quarter, during which another vessel was involved in a high-profile accident in the North Sea.
One of the vessels sold is the 6,589-teu ESL Wasl (built 2010), which has an estimated value of $60m.
