The Blystad Group has returned to buying secondhand container ships after a three-year break.
The company has purchased a pair of feeder-size vessels from Saverys family-controlled Compagnie Maritime Belge.
The Norwegian owner is buying the 2,556-teu Santa Marta Express (built 2010) and Puerto Limon Express (built 2009) in an en-bloc deal worth $46m, sources familiar with the deal said.
