A domestic feeder ship has been partly sunk in a collision with a sand carrier off China.
The Yangtse website reported that the 922-teu Xin Yuan Long 6 (built 2021) was involved in the clash with an unnamed vessel in the mouth of the Yongjiang River in the Beilun district of Ningbo City.
The sand carrier sank, while video footage from the scene shows the boxship listing to port as containers litter the sea.
