A Malta-flagged bulker is drifting near an offshore wind farm after colliding with a chemical tanker.
The 37,200-dwt Julietta D (built 2013) is rudderless near the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm, Dutch News reported, with footage from the Dutch coastguard showing the ship listing in heavy seas.
