Svitzer says collaboration was key with eyes of the world on Suez

Danish tug operator Svitzer has revealed its role in the refloating of the Ever Given as it praised the collaboration of everyone involved.

Two tugs owned by the AP Moller-Maersk company, the 82-bhp Port Said 1 and Port Said 2 (both built 2019), steamed 10 hours from their base in Port Said to reach the stricken Evergreen containership after it grounded in the Suez Canal on 23 March.
