A Precious Shipping bulker has been cleared of involvement in a fatal collision with a fishing boat off India.
The 30,200-dwt Mayuree Naree (built 2008) has been the subject of legal action in Kerala after at least three fishermen were killed and nine reported missing after an accident off Kochi earlier this month.
But Precious managing director Khalid Hashim said his ship was not involved.
