One seafarer has been confirmed as dead following the sinking of a tugboat in the tugboat in Singapore.
The tugboat, the Singapore-flagged vessel Oshio, sank in the eastern anchorage within Singapore port limits during the afternoon of 4 September, the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore said in a statement.
Two crew members were reported to be on the tugboat at the time of the incident.
