A Chinese-flagged wind turbine installation vessel partially sank while working at the CGN New Energy project off the coast of Guangdong province.
Chinese officials said that 67 people were on board the 6,700-gt Sheng Ping 001 (built 2015) on Sunday when the stern of the ship suddenly sank, leaving only its bow section afloat.
A total of 63 people were subsequently rescued, leaving four missing.
