The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) said it has brought a fire on a Korea Maritime Transport Co (KMTC) container ship under control.
The blaze broke out on the 2,778-teu KMTC Shenzhen (built 2013) on 13 August off Acheh Beach, when the ship was en route to Klang port in Malaysia.
