A Russian military tanker has been involved in a collision with a bulker in the Suez Canal.
It is not clear if the accident happened before or after a huge Evergreen boxship became stranded in the southern section of the waterway on Tuesday.
Russian news agency Interfax said the second incident involved a Baltic Sea Fleet tanker called Kola and the 47,000-dwt bulker Ark Royal (built 2000), which is flagged in Barbados.
