Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has said it has secured orders for two kamsarmax bulker newbuildings, but has divulged few details about the owner.
China’s largest privately-owned shipbuilder said the contract for the two 82,000-dwt ships was signed in early August 2020.
The order was placed at YAMIC, the Yangzijiang-Mitsui joint venture, by one customer.
