Chinese shipbuilder Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has said order momentum is building as it unveiled 11 new contracts worth $487m so far in the second half of 2019.
The Singapore-listed group said the latest additions came on top of five vessels secured in the first six months, in what was then a weak market.
The new deals comprise three 82,000-dwt bulkers, four 31,800-dwt Great Lakes ships and four 325,000-dwt VLOCs.
