The US has imposed sanctions on 10 Russian bodies it says were linked to naval operations against Ukrainian ports involved in the UN-backed grain export programme.
The “naval entities” include the Central Research Institute of Marine Engineering that is involved in developing machinery for merchant ships and a business described as a “leading company in the Russian shipbuilding industry”, Morinformsystem-Agat.
