Capesize and ultramax tonnage will top Genco Shipping & Trading’s shopping list as it looks to offload 15 older vessels and replace them with modern assets.
Genco announced the major fleet renewal plan, that will see eight supramaxes, one handymax and all of its bulkers built in 1999 and earlier sold, as it posted a fourth quarter profit last week.
