Netherlands-based shipbuilder Damen Shipyards has won its first order from Turkey.
The yard group said Istanbul’s Feyz Group has signed a contract for three new Damen Combi Freighters for delivery in early 2025.
No price has been revealed for the vessels, but Damen said the 3,850-dwt units are redesigned general cargo ships of 90 metres in length.
