Monaco-based Transocean Maritime Agencies has returned to the newbuilding market after an absence of seven years.
The privately owned company has commissioned China’s New Dayang Shipbuilding to build two ultramax bulkers.
Transocean is said to have signed the newbuildings contract at the end of last month.
