Tests confirm no coronavirus on the ship called Corona

Tests for Covid-19 have come back negative for two seafarers on an unfortunately named bulker off South Africa.

The crew on the 47,000-dwt Corona (built 1999) had been on a flight into the country with someone who later tested positive for coronavirus.

"At no time did these individuals exhibit any symptoms," manager AM Nomikos told TradeWinds.

"Corona has now departed Cape Town, South Africa.
