Bulker owner Taylor Maritime Investments (TMI) is changing its name and adding new directors as part of a switch of its London Stock Exchange listing.
The Ed Buttery-led handysize specialist is proposing to move from the investment funds category to become a commercial company by February.
The owner will be renamed Taylor Maritime Limited following a vote at a shareholders meeting in January.
