Chinese shipbuilder Taizhou Kouan has ended 2018 on a high winning an order for two supramax bulkers.
The newbuilding orders were placed by compatriot shipowner Shanghai Ganglu Shipping for delivery in 2020. Financial terms were not disclosed.
This is Taizhou Kouan’s second newbuilding order this month following an order for two 60,000-dwt bulkers from Nanjing Twin Rivers.
