U-Ming Marine Transport has returned to Oshima Shipbuilding for a pair of ultramax bulker newbuildings.
The Taipei-based shipowner, which has not ordered ships from the Japanese yard since the end of 2019, has signed up for two 64,000-dwt vessels.
A U-Ming official confirmed that delivery is scheduled in 2028, but would not comment on the price.
