Star Bulk chief executive Petros Pappas looks back on the first half of 2023 as a “negative” period for the dry bulk sector, but he expects that trend to turn around in the second half of the year and into 2024.
And he has good reason to sum up the first six months of this year as unfavourable for the entire segment.
