Rapidly expanding Star Bulk Carriers has posted its second consecutive profitable quarter, according to figures released late Monday.
It posted first quarter net income of $9.9m as revenue for the quarter almost doubled to $121m compared to a year ago.
Time charter equivalent (TCE) revenue jumped to $81.6m
