South Korean owner SK Shipping has sold a capesize for scrap.
The 150,000-dwt Compromise (built 1994) has gone "as is" in Beihai, China, for $7.6m.
The ship was purchased by SK in 2009 for $29.1m as the K Promise, and is due for special survey in May.
