Seanergy Maritime Holdings has entered into sale and leaseback deals for two capesize bulkers with China Huarong Shipping Financial Leasing.

The New York-listed owner has agreed on a $18m leaseback agreement for the 170,018-dwt Squireship (built 2010), according to a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
