Scorpio Bulkers has penned the latest in a line of sale-and-leaseback deals to refinance one of its vessels.
New York-listed Scorpio says the 84,900-dwt SBI Samba (built 2015) has been sold and chartered back in a move which raises $6.9m in liquidity.
