Moscow says it can no longer guarantee the safety of ships exporting grain from Ukraine through the Black Sea.
The statement comes after Russia declared an end to the Black Sea Grain Initiative (BSGI) this week.
“The guarantees for the safety of navigation issued by the Russian side will be revoked,” Russia informed the International Maritime Organization.
