Norden has raised its forecast for its annual profit for 2022 on the back of the steadily improving product tanker market and a better-positioned fleet.
The Danish owner-operator, which has a fleet of tankers and bulkers, said it expects its year-end result to fall between $270m and $350m. Its previous estimate forecasted a result of $210m to $280m.
CEO Jan Rindbo said the company is “well-positioned” to take advantage of the tanker market, which has improved over the recent weeks.
