Hong Kong-listed bulker owner Pacific Basin Shipping is expanding its board with experienced executives from banking and industry.
Kalpana Desai and Heather Wang Xiaojun will join as directors from 1 February.
Desai will also sit on the audit committee and sustainability committee, while Wang will join the remuneration and sustainability committees.
