A second VLOC of the year has been sold for demolition, according to multiple reports.
NYK Line of Japan has reportedly sold its 250,900-dwt MG Shipping (built 1993) for demolition in India at a price of $395 per ldt or $15.7m in total.
The deal would appear to be the first bulk carrier sold to Indian interests for demolition since March 2018, according to VesselsValue data.
