Japan’s NS United Shipping (NSU) has reported a significant improvement in revenue and profits in the first quarter of this financial year.
The Tokyo-based bulker operator said, for the quarter to the end of June, its sales increased to ¥62bn ($469m), up 45.6% on the same period last year. Net profit was ¥10.4bn, up 195.7%.
