Peter Borup has been let go from his position as chief executive of Norvic Shipping's dry bulk business because the bulker operator has implemented a new corporate strategy, TradeWinds has learned.
AJ Rahman, chairman and founder of New York-headquartered Norvic, said Borup was made redundant after the company chose to decentralise its operations and make its regional offices more autonomous.
