Shanghai-listed Ningbo Marine is eyeing up a deal for up to four new ultramax bulkers.
The 64,000-dwt newbuildings will be ordered in China if shareholders give the nod.
The company said in a stock exchange filing that two firm vessels would be contracted, with two options attached.
