Steel-maker ArcelorMittal is growing its fleet with a series of mini-capesize bulker newbuildings contracted in China.
The Indian company has four 120,000-dwt bulker under construction at New Times Shipbuilding.
Shipbuilding sources said the newbuilding contract was inked earlier this year, but has only just come to light.
