Norway's Kaare Misje & Co is considering a delay of an order for a series of small ships at Colombia Dockyard in Sri Lanka.
The Bergen-based owner of small bulkers had signed an order for six 5,000-dwt hybrid vessels at the yard, which is controlled by Japan’s Onomichi Dockyard.
Subjects were to be lifted by 30 March.
Due to the coronavirus, this decision is likely to be delayed, Misje chief executive Nils Magne Fjereide told Norwegian daily newspaper Finansavisen.
