Danish owner Norden is set to welcome former Frontline chief executive Robert Hvide Macleod to its board as it plots new buybacks.
The tanker and bulker company said director Tom Intrator has chosen not to stand for re-election this month.
The board is proposing experienced tanker executive Macleod for the vacant seat on the board.
