The Laskaridis family's Lavinia Corp is said to have purchased its second capesize bulker this month.
The shipowner has bought the 180,000-dwt Cape Zenith (built 2010) from Japanese shipowning giant K Line, European shipbrokers said.
The Imabari Shipbuilding ship is changing hands for $29m, which is in line with expectation.
