A capesize and panamax bulker both fetched multi-month charters at rates just above the market on Friday.

Diana Shipping has chartered the 174,261-dwt Semirio (built 2007) to Solebay Shipping Cape Company at $14,150 per day from 20 August to anywhere from 20 November 2024 to 30 January 2025.
