Grindrod Shipping chief executive Martyn Wade is retiring after 14 years with the company and its parent group.
The long-serving executive will leave the Singapore bulker owner on 30 April, with chief financial officer Stephen Griffiths taking over on an interim basis.
Wade, who will also leave the board, oversaw the spin-off of the shipping operations from South African logistics group Grindrod in 2018.
