Navig8 Group bunker optimisation spin-off Engine has allowed Greek owner Star Bulk Carriers to knock $2m off its fuel bill.
The companies said the capesize specialist had paid well below the market average price for fuel despite volatile conditions and availability challenges.
The savings have been calculated over the first six months of 2022.
