Great Eastern Shipping has turned its sale-and-purchase activities to the dry cargo market with the acquisition of a modern capesize bulker.
The Mumbai-based shipowner has acquired a 2014 Philippines-built vessel, the company confirmed in a regulatory filing to the Indian Stock Exchange.
The unnamed vessel is expected to join its fleet in the second half of next year.
