Board member Frode Teigen has increased his controlling stake in Belships after buying almost 567,000 shares of the supramax and ultramax owner.
Teigen companies Kontrari and Kontrazi spent around NOK 5.64m ($678,600) to buy the stock over two transactions this week.
On Tuesday, the two entities acquired 213,871 shares at NOK 9.60
