A bulker controlled by Greek operator Overseas Marine Enterprises (OME) was freed by High Court of Singapore officials on Saturday after spending most of last week in the hands of the sheriff’s department.
The 53,600-dwt Dawn (built 2005) is owned by Celosia Shipping, a single-vessel entity listed in the IHS International Ships Register with the same address as OME, its technical and commercial manager.
