A company linked to Greece’s Frangou family interests is seeking to take advantage of a red-hot bulker market to offload a 19-year-old capesize vessel.
Maritime Enterprises Management has put the 170,800-dwt Hope I (built 2000) — its biggest and oldest ship — up for sale, brokers said.
Maritime Enterprises is a successor to Franser Shipping, the first company vehicle established by Angeliki Frangou back in 1990.
