Taiwan's Franbo Lines has continued its expansion in the bulker sphere with another second-hand deal.
The company has agreed to pay $11.65m for an unnamed ship from Sun Panama Shipping, it told the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Sun Panama appears to be linked to Japan's Hayama Senpaku and is listed as owning three bulkers: the 53,000-dwt Hayama Star (built 2006), the 50,000-dwt Kaiwo Maru (built 2011) and the 56,000-dwt Nord Emperor (buitl 2010).
