February turned out to be a busy month for demolition of large bulkers, with 11 capesizes or VLOCs sold for torching.
Price levels appear to be fairly stable, which could lead to more activity in the near future.
At least three capesizes are currently on the market, and at least one more VLOC is likely to be sold, TradeWinds is told.
