India's Essar Shipping has posted a much smaller loss for the third quarter as revenue rose.
It said the net deficit was INR 285.4m ($4.45m) from INR 924m year-on-year.
Revenue jumped to INR 1.79bn against INR 1.49bn in 2016.
Essar has 37 ships, including a VLCC, bulkers and general cargo vessels.
The company is hoping to get its hands on new bulkers in 2020.
