Stamatis Molaris-controlled Empire Navigation is trimming its fleet ahead of the arrival of its massive newbuilding programme.
The company has reportedly sold the Sungdong built 46,000-dwt products tanker MR Kentaurus (built 2007) for $13.6m.
Empire did not respond to requests for comments. Some sources say the tanker is sold to a Norwegian buyer.
