Nasdaq-listed Eagle Bulk has declared options to fit 15 more exhaust gas cleaning systems to its fleet.
The move follows its original announcement in September that it would use 19 scrubbers, with 18 options attached.
The company intends to complete the 34 installations by 1 January, 2020, when the IMO's low-sulphur fuel rules come into force.
