George Economou is tipped to have added another notch to his 2017 spending spree with the addition of a kamsarmax bulker.
Brokers are linking Economou’s DryShips with the purchase of the 82,200-dwt United Splendour (built 2014).
A price in excess of $23m is being placed on the ship, which is the latest to be sold off as part of the breakup of the United Ocean fleet.
